Hi everyone! I'm gonna start vegetable juicing from now on! :D I bought my juicer yesterday and I made vegetable juice, and, i drank that juice!
My first veggie juice was mustard greens + cucumber :) It doesn't taste bad at all :) Today I made mustard greens+cucumber+carrot juice :)
It left a lot of pulp behind! :( Such a waste,i cant swallow them down :( But I want to take the benefits of its fibre :( The internet suggested making veggie crackers & patties but that'll take too much of my time & effort and I haven't got the equipment!
Cleaning the juicer itself takes a lot of my time :/ It takes approximately 20 minutes to prepare, drink, and clean up. That's why I plan to juice only twice a day which is after school and at night :)
Juicing promotes liver detoxification, increased energy levels, rebuild blood cells, improved immune system, and it helps to achieve and maintain healthy hair, skin, nails and eyes.
I hope you guys try vegetable juicing as well! :)
